Practice approach

Mark believes in a patient centred and empowering approach to Chiropractic, one which emphasises education and rehabilitation to help patients to help themselves. Patients are given multiple phases of home rehabilitation via Youtube videos Mark recorded whilst working in London. This ensures that there’s a fluid hangover from Mark looking after his patients to them being ready to look after themselves.

Mark enjoys treating a wide variety of patients with his central passion being sports and high performance within which running is a specialist interest. Mark has a small stable of athletes whom he prepares for marathon. Mark also takes a specialist interest in headaches and jaw dysfunction, chronic pain conditions, pelvic mechanics and equestrianism.
