Gym Goers
Gym-specific injury care from experienced clinicians
All of our therapists at NorthDown Chiropractic and Physiotherapy have extensive experience at managing gym related injuries. Whether it be a sore lower back from squatting, or a shoulder from bench press, we have the experience and knowledge to get you out of pain and back training again.
At our clinic we have worked with elite level powerlifters, cross fitters, hyroxers, as well as thousands of“weekend warriors”. Nearly all of our staff train in the gym personally, meaning they have first hand experience in treating and managing injury.Amongst our staff we have previous competitors in MMA, powerlifting, gymnastics and elite level badminton.
So whether you are struggling with niggly shoulder pain, sore knees or sciatica from squatting we will be able to look after you well.
Our treatment does not just rely on hands on work, we will also assess things like your programming (how often, how much and how heavy) as well as your movement patterns. Once we have you out of pain we will provide a structured pathway to get you back training again.
