FAQS
Which practitioner should I book with?
Take a look at our meet the team section and read about each practitioner and their experience and approach to practice, alternatively you can contact our reception team, who will help guide you to the most appropriate therapist based on your symptoms. Our clinicians also work collaboratively, so referrals within the clinic are straightforward if needed.
Do you treat long-term and recurring conditions?
Yes. We support patients with both acute injuries and long-standing or recurring conditions, focusing on pain relief, function, and long-term management.
What happens in my first appointment?
Your initial appointment involves a thorough 60 minute consultation, including a discussion of your medical history and assessing your symptoms. During this appointment a clear explanation of a recommended treatment plan including further options will be provided. Please wear something you are comfortable in as we may assess mobility during the examination process.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Many patients use private health insurance, and each insurance company have their own polices. Please contact your provider and check that the therapy you require is covered in your policy or don't hesitate to contact our reception team in advance and we’ll be happy to advise.
Will the treatment hurt?
Most patients experience little to no discomfort. Some may feel mild soreness afterward, similar to post-exercise muscle stiffness, which usually resolves within 24–48 hours.
