About Me
I’m a UK Registered and Accredited Sports Dietitian with over 24 years of experience, providing professional, evidence-based nutrition care tailored to your medical and performance needs.
My career has included working with adult and paediatric patients across London hospitals — including St George’s, Chelsea & Westminster,
Guy’s & St Thomas’ — as well as at the Ulster Hospital and Northern Ireland Cancer Centre.
I’ve also lectured at St Mary’s University (BSc & MSc level) and advised amateur, elite and professional athletes.
Whether you want to improve your
well-being, manage a medical condition, or optimise your performance, I’ll help you translate the science into practical, personalised nutrition for real life. I take a non-judgemental, empathetic approach, ensuring patients feel supported and understood.
I’m delighted to work locally with North Down Chiro & Physio Clinic, offering a much-needed private dietetic service within the community — providing accessible, high-quality nutrition care for patients seeking expert, personalised support.
