Heart Health Hub is a cardiac diagnostic and rehabilitation service. Based within local communities, allows easy access to services traditionally delivered in hospital settings. We are the only cardiac diagnostic service able to provide home visit and postal options, delivering a patient centred approach.
Heart Health Hub enables prompt access to diagnostic services with no waiting lists and aims to provide results within a maximum of 5 working days of your appointment. With links to a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, your health, and getting back to full health, is our priority.
