Introduction
Jennifer graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales with a distinction in her Master’s degree in Chiropractic.
She has a particular interest in women’s health, including pre- and postnatal care, alongside the treatment of neck pain, back pain and headaches. Jennifer believes every patient is different and tailors treatment plans to each individual’s needs and goals.
Her treatment combines traditional chiropractic manipulation with soft tissue therapy, exercise rehabilitation and education to help relieve pain, improve movement and support long-term recovery.
To complement her chiropractic care, Jennifer has completed a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy, allowing her to incorporate additional soft tissue techniques into treatment where appropriate.
Jennifer is currently undertaking a two-year mentorship programme with Luke Neal, developing advanced clinical skills in the management of complex conditions such as fibromyalgia and hypermobility. As part of the programme, she is also training in Active Release Techniques® (ART®) and gaining experience through internships with Bangor Football Club.
Outside the clinic, Jennifer enjoys an active lifestyle and regularly takes part in strength training, yoga and general fitness.
