Your First Visit
What to Expect
01
Full Assessment — 60 Minutes
Your first session is a full hour. Your physiotherapist takes a detailed medical history, performs a thorough physical examination and explains exactly what’s going on. Wear something comfortable you can move in.
02
Diagnosis & Treatment Plan
Based on your assessment, your physiotherapist will formulate a clear plan to get you out of pain and back to everyday life. Treatment may begin at this first session.
03
Hands-On Treatment
Follow-up sessions include joint manipulation, soft tissue work, Active Release Techniques (ART) and acupuncture/dry needling — combined with guided exercise rehabilitation and lifestyle advice.
04
Rehabilitation & Discharge
Physiotherapy at North Down Chiro Physio has a strong focus on active, patient-centred rehabilitation — giving you the tools to stay pain-free long after treatment ends.
